Libby’s roles at CCFO include Executive Assistant to Tim J. Ulfig, and Kevin W. Burke and Office Manager. She assists the CCFO team with a variety of back-office support and acts as a first point of contact for the office. Prior to joining the CCFO team, Libby was a Deputy Clerk of the Court for the Bay County, Florida Clerk and Comptroller’s office. She has an extensive background as a Certified Paralegal in Estate Planning and Probate, Civil Litigation, and Special Districts fields of law.
Libby has a wide variety of interests, and a passion for learning, leading her to obtain her Aesthetics License through the State of Colorado in 2017, is certified in Permanent Make-Up as of 2018, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Personal Trainer beginning in 2020, in addition to holding her Paralegal Certification since 2007. Libby is a transplant to the state of Colorado, having been raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Libby’s interests include hiking, live music, theater, hockey, and her dog, Finnegan.
