Ms. Borman is a Partner, leading the firm’s Family Office practice. In this capacity, Jayne serves as a strategic leader in shaping CCFO’s family engagement, governance, and operational infrastructure to support multi-generational success.

With over 25 years of experience, Jayne has held senior roles in embedded-family and single-family offices, leading governance, operations, and enterprise-level strategy. Most recently, she served in an executive capacity for a Charlotte, NC–based family with interests in television, radio, and real estate. In these roles, she delivered cross-disciplinary services to families and contributed to the Executive Leadership Team, Enterprise Operations, Financial Governance, and Family Care/Family Office.

Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oral Roberts University and a Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte
